If you have a group interested in a private walking tour of the Hotel del Coronado or Historic Coronado, please email vcmgr@coronadovisitorcenter.com with the date and size of your group and we'll make the arrangements for you. 

Hotel del Coronado Tour
Volunteer docents from the Coronado Historical Association lead a one-hour tour throughout the historic Hotel del Coronado. Tours depart on Tues at 10:30 and Fri, Sat and Sun at 2 pm. $15, children under six are free. Reservations required. (619) 437-8788

Coronado Heritage Walk
This promenade through the past departs from the lobby of the Museum of History and Art, 1100 Orange Avenue, Wednesdays at 2pm; Fridays at 10:30am. Learn about Coronado's famous buildings and residents. Fee includes admission to the museum. $10 per person, reservations required. (619) 437-8788

Coronado Tree Tour
A 90-minute guided tour of Coronado's Central park, Spreckels Park , by a local arborist. $10 per person, reservations required. (619) 435-1764

Coronado Walking Tour
A 90-minute guided tour of historic areas in Coronado departs from the Glorietta Bay Inn, the former mansion of John D. Spreckels , on Tues, Thurs and Sat at 11am. $12 per person. (619) 435-5993

Historic Bicycle Tour
A two and a half hour, six mile tour of historic Coronado landmarks and residences on Sundays, July 11, 18, and 25, 9:30-12:00. Bicycle rentals are available. Pre-registration and fee required.  (619) 435-7242 

Gondola Company Tour

Cruise through the canals and waterways of the Coronado Cays in Venetian style, guided by a gondolier. Tours are about an hour and include a complimentary hors d'oeuvre or dessert plate. Packages start at $85 for two people. (619) 429-6317

Segway of Coronado

If you're looking for something exciting and different to do, try the "transportation technology of the future"  the Segway PT. A 1 1/2 hour tour includes safety and hands-on training. 9:30am, 11:30am, 2:30pm & 5pm every day. $69 per person, reservations recommended. (619) 522-9011
