Our meat purveyor is native Mick Hamilton. His meat is processed in San Diego and delivered fresh. Our meat is never frozen. Buckman's Egg Ranch in Ramona provides fresh eggs, and our breads are baked fresh daily in San Diego. Our produce is also locally grown.
