Established in 1994 by Brant and Carol Sarber, Island Pasta is the culmination of a life-long dream of restaurant ownership.
The focus is on fresh – homemade pasta made daily and all sauces made in house. In addition, the menu includes a wide variety of hot and gooey thin crust pizzas, crisp fresh salads and yummy sandwiches, including the insanely good meatball sub. Specialties of the house include Shrimp Scampi, Rosemary Chicken and the outrageously popular Rigatoni Bake. Complimenting all this delicious food is an incredible wine selection (over 30 by the glass and all reasonably priced).
