Coronado Flower Show and Book Fair
Typically 3rd Sat and Sun in April (in 2014 this event falls on the 4th weekend of the April)
. The Coronado Flower Show is the largest tented flower show in the nation. Exhibits are placed inside tents surrounding a central gazebo, which becomes the stage for continuous entertainment, announcements and trophy presentations

Motorcars on MainStreet
4th Sunday in April (In 2014 this event will take place 
May 4)
. Over 400 participants, thousands of spectators enjoy seeing classic cars for various generation.

4th of July Celebrations
The day starts with a 5k Run/Walk, a rough water swim at North Beach, the renowned two-hour parade along Orange Ave, Art in the Park and a concert in Spreckles Park and fireworks over Glorietta Bay.

Art Walk
September 14 & 15, 2013 at the Ferry Landing. This free public event designed is to foster creativity and appreciation for the wonders of art.  Painting, hand crafted jewelry, photography, ceramics and other media are featured. Artists are selected for their ability to express the vast and varied world of art in their particular art form.
